One of our Customer Service Representatives will call you directly at the contact number you provided to complete your initial purchase. All future purchases will be INSTANTLY processed and the airtime PIN instructions will appear directly on your computer screen and sent to you via email!
After placing my online order with MyMinutes, how do I receive my PIN?
With exception to your initial order, your online airtime PIN will instantly appear on your computer screen along with the instructions how to activate the PIN to your mobile account. In addition, your PIN with instructions are sent to your email address.
I didn't receive my PIN?
If you didn't recieve your PIN please log into your account. Once logged in, click on "View All Orders." Then click on the specific order that you placed to review your pin#. If you did not receive your pin by email...please check that you have entered your email address correctly. Refunds are not provided even if you have provided an incorrect email or have spam filters on at the time of pin delivery.
Is the airtime loaded directly to my phone?
NO! You are still required to load the pin that you received via email. If you have never loaded a pin on your phone, please contact your carriers customer service for assistance.
I received my PIN but not sure how to load minutes in my phone?
Instructions on loading your airtime minutes are posted in the specific carrier pages of our website and included sent to you via email once you complete your order. If you need further assistance on loading your airtime minutes, please call your wireless provider directly for technical assistance.

Why was my transaction declined?

My order was declined but my credit card appears to have been charged!
If your order is declined, your credit card is NOT charged. What you may see is a preauthorization from your credit card company. An authorization is only a hold on the funds for a possible future transfer of funds. Your bank does this so that you do not overdraft your account (debit cards) or exceed your credit limit (credit cards). This hold is temporary and if the order is not released, the "Temporary Authorization" will expire without any action. It is not a completed transaction and NO funds are transferred at the time you place your order. The time it takes for an authorization to expire on its own is dictated by your bank. Times vary between 3 and 30 days, with 7 as the average. The banks do not provide any mechanism for us to "drop" an authorization against your account. If you received a "decline" notification...we DID NOT complete the transaction!
